Return & Refund policy
If you not happy ,We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
unused : in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. and with order number

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Remember to get a proof of postage receipt at the post office. You will need to pay for the postage.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will refund the delivery charge if we have made an error in our dispatch or if the item is faulty or unfit for purpose, unless you have decided to keep part of the received order.
We will not refund charges incurred by you from private carriers

Damages and defective
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Faulty or incorrect items - In the event of receiving a faulty item, please do not send the item back to us. Please contact us at info@lapetiteprincesse.co.uk with your order number, summary of the problem and include any photographs of the broken or damage item this really helps us to investigate and fin the best solution for both us .
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
