This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.

What are my shipping options?
Royal Mail Standard 48 - 3-5 Working Day Dispatch (Delivery confirmation only)
Royal Mail Express 24 - 1-2 Working Day Dispatch (Fully Tracked)
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. 

Dispatch means how long it takes Royal Mail to collect the parcel from us, not how long it takes to deliver to you, this is not a delivery time.
All times and dates given for dispatch of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. 
If its been 10 days since your dispatch email and you do not have it, please contact us and we will contact the courier. Remember to check with neighbors and safe places if the parcel cannot be located.
